The practice

Nicholas Lee is an architect of more than twenty years' experience designing a combination of residential, retail and commercial architecture. From new build offices and design studios to modernisation and renovation of listed buildings, his tailored approach enables a perceptive understanding of each client's requirements.

Nicholas Lee Architects was established in 2012 by Nicholas Lee after 12 years as a founding partner of Greenway and Lee Architects. He studied architecture at the University of North London, graduating with distinction in 1991. He then worked for Richard Rogers under the team of Pierre Botschi and in the office of Norman Foster in Hong Kong as well as on several projects in Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok.

Born in London he is of Swiss and Chinese origin. The practice is based in Hampstead and is currently working on projects in Hampstead, Maida Vale, Marylebone, Notting Hill and Camden.
