NLA have completed the renovation of this Edwardian style semi-detached family house dating back to circa 1900's.

The new design looks to maintain the original historic character of the building and street front whilst integrating modern open plan living through the creation of a new rear extension and the introduction of light. The sensitive site is contained within close proximity to the surrounding neighbours and therefore careful consideration had to be implemented when looking to achieve the clients brief.
