NLA’s client, a brand distinguished by its handcrafted leather goods, has introduced a new retail space on the Shoe Heaven floor at Harrods. Conceived as the brand’s first standalone environment dedicated to women’s footwear, the project establishes a distinct spatial identity within the department store.

The intervention is defined by a continuous open volume, where softly articulated enclosures organise circulation and display. Curved wall terminations and deepened edges create a clear spatial rhythm, guiding movement while maintaining visual permeability and extended views across the space.

Material expression and detailing are handled with precision, reinforcing the brand’s tactile qualities. The result is a cohesive architectural language that balances clarity with spatial richness, elevating the retail experience beyond a conventional showroom.
