This intricate refurbishment & transformation of a 3-storey Edwardian house into 3 separate new flats allowed the current owners to relocate to the ground floor with a generous contemporary open plan space & external work studio.

To maximise the potential of the ground floor, rear extensions were added with large bespoke metal framed openings providing natural daylight throughout. With the spaces arranged to provide unobstructed views from front to back.
